The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, has upheld the judgement of a Lagos State High Court, which sentenced Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, to five years imprisonment for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old minor. In Friday’s lead judgement, Justice Folashade Ojo of the appellate court found the appellant (Baba Ijesha) guilty on counts four and five, accusing him of indecently touching a minor and sexually assaulting her.
