The Ghanaian Authority has withdrawn its earlier travel advisory issued on Nov. 16, warning its citizens against nonessential travels to Abuja, Nigeria over an alleged security threat, stating that the earlier publication was unauthorized. The Defence Headquarters says Nigerian troops eliminated more than 50 terrorists and rescued 50 victims in land and air offensives in North East and North West in the last two weeks. Australian mining billionaire Andrew Forrest has launched an investment fund that is hoped will be worth at least $25bn (£21bn) to help rebuild war-torn Ukraine. Mr Forrest and his wife have committed $500m to the fund, which its organisers say could eventually grow to $100bn.
