United Bank for Africa UBA logo has donated N5 billion to Africa to help it combat coronavirus United Bank AEDC

Former United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc staff, who were allegedly wrongly disengaged, have again dragged the bank before National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN), Lagos, seeking an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the bank, from debiting their accounts in any other banks in the country, over alleged outstanding consumer/staff loans. Italian Serie A side Napoli have confirmed the signing of young Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen from French club Lille. Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state on Thursday accused the military of sabotage in Tuesday’s attack on his convoy. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 481 confirmed new coronavirus cases in the country on Thursday. The 481 cases announced by the Centre for Disease Control takes the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 42689. The NCDC also announced the discharge of 266 patients from isolation centers across the country with five new deaths reported.
