Over 753 Nigerians living in Ghana, mostly traders, have asked to be evacuated following alleged harassment, intimidation, torture and threat to life by Ghanaians and their authorities. Their shops, they said, have been locked for almost a year by the authorities. Former President Barack Obama has said senior US Republicans are undermining democracy by going along with President Donald Trump’s unsubstantiated claims of election fraud. US federal election officials have said the 2020 White House vote was the “most secure in American history”, rejecting President Donald Trump’s fraud claims. “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” the committee announced. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office on Wednesday November 11, 2020 arraigned Philip Orumade on a nine counts charge bordering on stealing before Justice Efe I. Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya said his administration has discovered N1.48 billion hidden in 860 undisclosed and dormant accounts. Yahaya, who disclosed this on Thursday, November 12,  at the Government House while declaring open a one-day workshop on Treasury Single Account, TSA, tagged: “Cash Management Strategy” said the state government uncovered a total of 2,292 accounts linked to the previous administration. The Lagos State Police Command has arrested 29-year-old Segun Titilayo, of Otolu town, Lekki LCDA of Lagos State, for allegedly killing and burying the corpse of his girlfriend, one Oritoke Manni, 26, a Bar attendant at K.C Hotel, Apakin Town, Lekki, who had already been declared missing by the police.
