Armed bandits have kidnapped another first class monarch in Kaduna state. The traditional ruler, Gyet Maude of Jaba chiefdom in Kaduna was abducted while on a visit to his farm. The bandits ambushed the 80-year-old royal father in his farm which is located in Gitata community in Nasarawa state. The incident was confirmed by the monarch’s brother Anthony Maude. Uduak Akpan, the prime suspect in the murder of Miss Iniubong Umoren, a graduate of Philosophy has pleaded guilty to her murder. Uduak lured the late Umoren to his residence at Nnung Ikono Obio in Uruan Local Government Area of Akwa-Ibom State and killed her. According to reports, he raped her before taking her life.
