Nigerian citizens appear to have won the data price floor battle against the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC. The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has sued Governor Nasir El-Rufia and two others, over the regulation of religious preaching in Kaduna state.
