Argentina’s former President Cristina Kirchner has been indicted on corruption charges. The charges stem from money allegedly seized from public works by a corruption ring that operated for 12 years, engulfing her administration and that of Néstor Kirchner, her late husband and predecessor. Argentina Judge Julian Ercolini supported charges of illicit association and fraudulent administration against the ex-leader, for allegedly steering dozens of government contracts to a personal business acquaintance. The Nigerian police said they have arrested a man plotting, with some other people at large, to bomb the pivotal Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos. The suspected bomber was identified as Abiodun Amos alias Senti. In a statement, the police described him as the leader of the Militant Gang planning to bomb the 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos. Adamawa Government has revealed plans to shut all Internally Displaced Persons camps in the state in January 2017. The Deputy Governor of the state, Mr. Martins Babale, made this known on Wednesday in Yola while briefing newsmen on the outcome of the State Security Council meeting.
