A U.S. Navy nuclear engineer and his wife have been charged with selling secret information about nuclear submarines to an undercover FBI agent who posed as an operative for a foreign country, the Justice Department said on Sunday. Jonathan Toebbe and his wife, Diana, were arrested on Saturday in West Virginia and charged with violating the Atomic Energy Act, the Justice Department said in a statement. The Nigerian government has formally filed charges against the chairman of Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA), Mr. Olarenwaju Suraju, for allegedly cyberstalking the former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohammed Bello Adoke. The Coordinator of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Olamilekan Okunuga has abducted. It was gathered that the victim was ambushed on his way from Ibadan, along the Ogere on Thursday. Okunuga was driving himself when the gunmen stopped him and whisked him away to an unknown location in the forest. His vehicle was reportedly abandoned by the roadside. Armed bandits have reportedly attacked a police station in Yola South Local Government Area of Adamawa state. It was gathered that the assailants stormed a house in the vicinity, kidnapping a woman and her daughter. The victim identified as Hauwa Umaru and her child were abducted on Sunday morning. The Nigerian government has budgeted the sum of N104,532,705 as it seeks to battle  fake news, hate speech and banditry. This was contained in the 2022 appropriation budget obtained on the website of the budget office of Nigeria.
