Nigerian police have arrested 53 persons during a gay marriage and arraigned them on Wednesday before a Magistrates’ Court in Chediya in Zaria. The prosecutor, Mr. Mannir Nasir, alleged that the accused were arrested on April 15 at Zaria Motel. They were being charged with conspiracy, unlawful assembly and belonging to a gang of unlawful society. Former American football star Aaron Hernandez on Wednesday was found dead in prison where he was serving a life sentence for murder, after hanging himself with a bedsheet, prison officials said. Dangote Flour Mills has left the noodles business after they sold their assets to Dufil Prima Foods, makers of Indomie noodles, saying it no longer consider it as strategic. In an announcement on Tuesday, by the company, they said in order to smoothen the transition, it had offered Dufil the use of some of its facilities on an interim basis.
