The Delta Police Command has confirmed the abduction of four Itsekiri leaders and some officials of Elcrest, an indigenous firm, by suspected militants in Delta. Women are genetically predisposed to developing post-traumatic stress disorder even more so than men, a new study suggests, even though many Americans still widely think PTSD is mostly a male combat veteran’s disease. A study published this week in Molecular Psychiatry showed that three in 10 European-American women who are diagnosed with PTSD can link their illness to genetic variants. Justice Rilwan Aikawa of the Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the final forfeiture of the sum of N449,597,000 found in an abandoned Bureau de Change shop in Victoria Island, Lagos by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC on April 8th.
