Abia State Government has extended the curfew it imposed on Aba, the commercial nerve centre of the state following the face-off between the Indigenous People of Biafra, led by Nnamdi Kanu, and the Nigerian Army. At least 30 persons have been confirmed dead following an auto crash on the Lagos-Ibadan highway on Thursday night. Spokesman of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr Bisi Kazeem, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Friday.
