At least 328 were killed and some 3,950 were injured after a major 7.3 magnitude earthquake rocked the Iraq and Iran border region Sunday evening. Iran’s state-run news agency reported those numbers just for its country after the temblor struck at 9:18 pm Iraqi time. Angolan authorities in Huíla Province in the southwest have arrested three Nigerian nationals allegedly for kidnapping a Chinese, local media confirmed. According to Jornal de Angola, the Nigerians had also robbed the Chinese of $11,700 (Kwanzas 12m) over ransom demand. The paper said the Nigerians used guns to execute their crime. NCAA to sanction airlines over delayed ticket refunds

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has issued a weather alert to all airline operators indicating hazards associated with Harmattan dust haze in flight operations at this period of the year.
