Taliban have taken over more than 85% of Afghanistan as US withdrawal nears completion

Gunmen who identified themselves as Taliban attacked a wedding in eastern Afghanistan to stop music being played, killing at least two people and injuring 10 others, officials say. The Nigerian Government has again postponed the deadline for the verification of National Identity Number (NIN)-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) data. This was disclosed by the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami.  The Minister urged Nigerians and legal residents to comply with the latest directives before the end of 2021.
