The Inspector-General of Police (I-GP), Mr Usman Alkali, has confirmed an upgrade of the Nigeria Police Force crime reporting mobile application, “NPF Rescue Me”. Gunmen suspected to be members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra/Eastern Security Network attacked the Obowo Divisional Police headquarters in Imo on Monday.
