Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich has experienced delays in renewing his visa for the UK, the BBC reports. The Russian billionaire did not attend Saturday’s FA Cup final at Wembley when the Blues beat Manchester United 1-0. His office said it does not discuss personal matters with the media. Former deputy governor of Osun, Senator Iyiola Omisore has announced his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to Social Democratic Party (SDP). Omisore, who announced his defection in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Sunday, said he intended to contest the September 22 governorship election on the platform of SDP.
