President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered that surveillance cameras be installed on the Abuja-Kaduna rail line following an attack by bandits on Monday. The military on Monday said it had killed 12 bandits involved in Saturday’s attack on the Kaduna Airport. It also said the attack took place six kilometers away from the terminal point and outside the airport perimeter fence. An airport staff was killed during the attack. Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) has announced that it will suspend train operations on the Abuja-Kaduna rail line following an attack on the rail road by bandits.
