A buyer paid 586,000 baht ($19,000; £14,500) for the Honda CR-V car, which was put up for auction this month after being seized in a drugs case last year. But when it was sent to a garage for alterations, a mechanic discovered 94,000 pills stashed in its bumper. Shekarau who is also the Executive Director Women, Law and Development Initiative, disclosed this during a lecture in Owerri, Imo state at a media capacity building workshop on Women’s Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (WSRHR) for journalists drawn from Abia, Imo and Anambra states. Popular trado-medical practitioner, Alhaji Fatai Yusuf popularly known as Oko Oloyun was possibly killed because of a fraud he detected in his Lagos office, the Police stated on Friday. He was killed on Thursday when his convoy was attacked on the Igbo-Ora-Eruwa road by gunmen. The attackers reportedly shot at his convoy from thick forest, resulting to his death from injuries sustained from the bullet.
