Sokoto State Governor, Ahmad Aliyu, has dissolved all the Education Secretaries and their Deputies in the 23 Local Government Education Authorities of the State.
This is contained in a statement signed by the press secretary to the State governor, Abubakar Bawa.
The dissolution takes immediate effect. The sacked Education Secretaries and their Deputies are directed to hand over the affairs of the LGEAs to the most senior officers of the local governments.
