Nigerian-born UK gospel singer, Tobiloba, has released a new single titled, Alpha & Omega, her soul lifting song comes at a time when the world is in need of inspiration.

The South-East London based worship leader, singer, songwriter and recording artist returned to the studio after releasing her debut album in 2015, titled The Awakening of Tobiloba.

The album which enjoyed rave reviews in the United Kingdom and Nigeria earned her the opportunity to minister the gospel of Christ through her music.

Following the release of her debut album, Tobiloba embarked on a journey of purpose, seeking the Father and yearning a closer relationship with God. During this period, she accepted invitations from churches to minister and God began to give her songs from the place of prayer and fellowship.

She also hosted a live recording concert, ‘An Evening with Tobiloba,’ where she recorded her second album, set to be released later this year. ‘Alpha and Omega’ is the first single from this project.

The song ‘Alpha & Omega’ was recorded at White Block Studios, Plumstead and was produced by Jola Aderibigbe, a renowned producer who has worked with amazing gospel artists like CalledOut Music, Charles Dada, Becca Folkes, Victoria Olatunde, Dayo Bello and many more.

Speaking on her new album, Tobiloba said, “I love to worship God. I tell people all the time that God can do amazing things in your life. You must serve in order for you to discover God’s full purpose for your life.

She explained that, “God gave me this song when I was leading worship at my local church. We were all drunk in the spirit and the words began to flow. Before we knew it, there was a melody, she said adding that, “John 4:24 says ‘God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.’ This is a song that will make you give God the praise and worship He deserves, and I pray you’re blessed by it.”

Tobiloba is a Gospel Touch Award Nominee as ‘One to Watch,’. She has been awarded the Levite’s Award by the African Gospel Music Awards (AGMA).

She has also been privileged to share the stage with great gospel artists such as Mike Aremu, Dayo Bello, Muyiwa and Riversongz, Evans Ogboi, Emmanuel Smith and many more.

She is a vibrant, enthusiastic minister of the gospel, handpicked by God, and a songwriter providing transparency into what God has done in her life and where He has brought her from.

She is married to an amazing minstrel Olusegun Micheal Ibidapo. They serve together at Freedom House UK, under the leadership of Pastor Victoria Oladipupo.

Tobiloba’s soulful and powerful ministrations demonstrate her enthusiasm and passion for both worship and the Kingdom of God.

The versatility of her ministrations in song has allowed her to be well-sought after. She is labelled UK’s very own ‘powerhouse,’ further encouraging her declaration of the power of God across the world.
