    FLASH: Nigeria records four new coronavirus cases

    Four new cases of coronavirus has been announced in Nigeria on Tuesday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

    This takes the total number of confirmed cases to 135.

    “Four new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Nigeria; three in Osun and one in Ogun,” NCDC said.

    “As at 11:15 am 31st March there are 135 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria with 2 deaths.”

    Currently there are 81 cases in Lagos, 25 in FCT, eight in Oyo, five in Osun and three in Kaduna.

    Ogun now have four cases while Enugu, Edo and Bauchi all have two confirmed cases each.

    Ekiti, Rivers and Benue have all recorded one cases each.
