The Court of Appeal on Wednesday sacked spokesman of the Nigerian Senate, Adedayo Adeyeye, as the lawmaker representing Ekiti South senatorial district in the upper chamber of legislature.
The court also declared Senator Biodun Olujimi of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as winner.
Adeyeye, a former spokesman of the PDP is now a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
