Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the National Public Security System meeting on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The National Public Security System was established to help reduce insecurity concerns in Nigeria using technology and other public security systems such as Closed-circuit television (CCTV) and drones.
Attempts by the previous administration to install CCTVs across the country failed even after monies had been approved.

Prof. Osinbajo and President Muhammadu Buhari has repeatedly said that their administration will reduce insecurity concerns in Nigeria and has put in several measures in place.
