    The United States Secretary of State, John Kerry, has expressed the intention of its country to partner with Central Africa Republic to improve security, peace and end violence in the nation.

    John Kerry’s statement was contained in a congratulatory message that was addressed to people of CAR on Thursday, on the celebration of their national day. He noted that US cherish the friendly relationship that two nations share, and it look forward for continued partnership in making the world a better place.

    The statement read in part; “On behalf of President Obama and the American people, I congratulate the people of the Central African Republic on the occasion of your country’s national day celebration.

    “America values its friendship with the Central African Republic and applauds your commitment to peace and democracy. Together, we are working to end violence, heal internal divisions, and create a firm foundation for economic and social progress. In the year ahead, we look forward to continued partnership to promote security, good governance, and development.

    “On this special day, I send my best wishes to all the people of the Central African Republic for a peaceful and prosperous future.”
