Fubara stated, “From after accreditation, we had a total number of 280,082 votes cast. This vote is cast between the two contestants, His Excellency Bola Tinubu and Mr. Stanley Osifo.
“From my tabulation, the total votes cast are in this order. His Excellency Bola Tinubu scored a total vote of 280,082. The other contestant, Mr. Stanley, scored zero.
“I, Siminialayi Fubara, who is serving as State Collation Officer, hereby certify that the information contained in my spreadsheets in this form represents the true, correct, and accurate record of the summary of results from the 23 local government areas.
“We are to send this result to Abuja, but notwithstanding, it is practical that from what we have here, the winner is His Excellency Bola Tinubu.”
