The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has made a vivid prediction about the circumstances of his death.
Speaking during the church’s ongoing International Convention, themed “The Overcomers”, Adeboye revealed that he foresees himself dying on a Sunday, shortly after attending church service and eating his favourite meal, pounded yam.
According to the revered cleric, death is not always the result of prolonged sickness.
“I will die on a Sunday after attending service, eat my beloved pounded yam, and then pass on without any sickness,” Adeboye said.
He noted that this was not the first time he had shared the vision, as he had revealed the same prophecy two years ago.
Delivering a sermon titled “Possess Your Possessions”, the cleric urged believers to take proactive steps in claiming what rightfully belongs to them through Christ.
