Tijion Esho, a Nigerian doctor working in the United Kingdom, has lost his medical license after being found guilty of providing free Botox injections in exchange for sex, according to the Telegraph.

Esho is well-known for providing medical advice and commentary on cosmetic surgery talks on famous television shows like ITV’s This Morning, BBC’s Morning Live, and E4’s Body Fixers.

He was also a regular consultant on Body Fixers for E4, a program that aired for two seasons in 2016 and 2017, as well as appearances on BBC’s Morning Live until the summer of 2022.

Esho is the founder of the Esho Clinic, which has offices in London, Liverpool, and Dubai and serves several famous customers.

On Monday, while appearing before a Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, he admitted to having unhealthy emotional contact with the lady known as Patient A, with whom he sent “inappropriate” sexual messages via Instagram.

He said that he never had physical sexual contact with Patient A, who offered sex services through OnlyFans and webcams.

However, an MPTS panel in Manchester concluded earlier this month that Dr. Esho had sexual intercourse with Patient A at his Newcastle upon Tyne clinic in 2021 and provided Botox free of charge.

According to reports, the tribunal also ruled that he stroked her hair and brushed himself against her during a consultation months earlier after making indecent comments about the contour of her bottom.

The tribunal also determined that last year, the doctor made identical remarks to Patient A and permitted her to masturbate him.

As a result, the tribunal determined that Dr. Esho’s competence to practice was damaged due to his wrongdoing, and the tribunal announced on Saturday that Esho’s name should be removed from the medical register.

The tribunal’s grounds for imposing the sentence will be published next week.

According to the Telegraph, one of the “inappropriate” Instagram messages made to Patient A between July 2019 and February 2022 was an exchange in September 2019, in which he said, “What are you doing to me? Morning Glory. Bloody has me wanting the real thing. That’s like every man’s dream.”

In November 2019, he posted, “Why are you making me bulge? Send more; don’t be sorry.”

The following month, he wrote, “Lol, loving the tongue” and “Ha free mls [millilitres of botox]; I’d need the whole booty and more.”.

Weeks later, he told her, “My God, having you for a night or every night is a dream, but if we do it for me, I break the doctors’ code and I’d be a dead man.”

The tribunal also determined that the doctor, also known as Oluwafemi Esho, acted sexually, but that Patient A was not vulnerable because of her job.

Botox injections, according to a medical website in Cleveland, improve looks by relaxing the muscles that generate wrinkles. They also address medical ailments such as migraines, hyperhidrosis, overactive bladders, and vision issues. To sustain the outcomes, treatments are repeated every three to six months.
