The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dauda Biu, has directed the Kogi State Sector Commander of the Corps to commence a detailed investigation which will lead to the prosecution of drivers responsible for a crash in the state.

The prosecution of the drivers would be carried out due to the recent collaboration between the corps, the Nigeria Bar Association, and the state judiciary.

This was contained in a statement signed by the FRSC spokesperson, Jonas Agwu, on Monday.

One of the Dangote truck’s braking systems failed while at excessive speed and crashed into three stationary vehicles, including a bus carrying 12 passengers.
