    Chelsea are ready to offer Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, 30, and Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly, 31, to Inter Milan in a bid to land the Serie A side’s Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana, 27. (Sun)
