As the 2023 presidential election kicked off on 28 September, the leading candidates kicked off their campaign except for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress.

The health of Tinubu has been reported over time and days before the campaign officially kicked off, he was reported to have traveled to London for medical care.

Tinubu was also missing at the Presidential Peace Accord Signing. He was however represented by Kashim Shettima, his vice presidential candidate.

This has sparked wild reactions across the country with many asking Where is Tinubu and wondering whether he will be fit for the rigours of the office of the president.

Reacting on Twitter, Nefertiti said, “Buhari ruled Nigeria in absentia, he ruled via proxies and lackeys. At this point, anyone still supporting Asiwaju to rule Nigeria in absentia, that person is the devil personified. BAT was absent at the presidential Peace Accord Signing. Where is Amoda Ogunlere? Where is Tinubu? she quizzed.

Darlington shared a similar point of view. “We started asking “where is Buhari” after he was elected. We are now asking “where is Tinubu” even before election. Affliction shall not rise the second time. Vote Peter Obi.”

Festus Keyamo, the chief spokesperson for the Tinubu campaign has come under some fire for not being able to answer the questions around Tinubu’s whereabout. “The only question we should be asking Festus now is, WHERE IS TINUBU? Work never start he dey take leave of absentia. The greatest mumu here festus, to market a sick man to heal a sick nation. Meanwhile is BAT that needs

    healing more than Nigeria.”

Dr. Jeffrey Gutterman, a retired mental health counselor also joined in the charter by tweeting, “Where is Tinubu?

    Here are other tweets…

Where is Tinubu’s? We are ready for you… You should be silent… defending the indefensible… You all evilness will be brought down by GOD ALMIGHTY… Corruption has blinded you … You called good evil and evil good… Nigerian will remember the evil roles you played !

    RUFAI OSENI: Where is Tinubu?

APC's Yusuf Bala Ibrahim: that question can best be answered by Tinubu. Last I heard, he's alive & on earth but we've seen his pictures on social media

REUBEN ABATI: Let's not waste time on the irrelevant (question)…????????????????????????
