    With 64 percent of precincts reporting, Donald Trump is the declared winner of Ohio, with 53 percent to Hillary Clinton’s 42 percent, according to NBC News. The swing state delivers the Republican nominee 18 electoral votes.

    Trump now has a total of 168 electoral votes, to Clinton’s 109.

    Elsewhere, Clinton was declared the winner in Virginia, with 48 percent of the vote to Donald Trump’s 47 percent, with 96 percent of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press.

    Victory in this battleground state adds 13 electoral votes to the Democratic candidate’s total. To win, a candidate must secure 270 electoral votes.
