President Bola Tinubu has been blamed for the economic hardship and poverty bedeviling the country.
In a statement on X on Sunday, an X user identified as Pure Stanley alleged that Tinubu “weaponized poverty” “to enslave” Nigerians with “his wills.”
Alleging that the President has “destroyed the economy,” he mentioned that he has pillaged Nigerians into more hardship and poverty.
Stanley’s statement reads, “Tinubu is an absolute genius; he knew that ruling most Nigerians would be an easy job to do.
“He weaponized poverty and used it against the citizens.
“He reduced our purchasing power, widened the tax, and made the things you could afford before he became president unaffordable; in case you somehow could afford it, you would sing his praises.
“He destroyed our economy, pillaged us into more hardship and poverty, to enslave us to his will.”
