    Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku has already agreed to take a pay cut and sign a three-year contract with the Serie A club Napoli. (Ben Jacobs)

    Chelsea are in talks over Lukaku, 31, permanently joining Napoli, while 25-year-old Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen could move in the opposite direction on loan. (Athletic – subscription required)

    Last season Lukaku made it clear that he would not return to Chelsea and tried to force a move away from the Premier League club. (Metro)
