After a goalless draw that persisted through extra time, Spain won its first UEFA Nations League title by beating Croatia on penalties.

Unai Simon, the Spanish Goalkeeper, stopped the spot kicks of Lovro Majer and Bruno Petkovic in the shootout, while Dani Cavajal, with a panenka, scored the winning penalty for Spain.
