Senator John Owan Enoh, the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship. Candidate in the 2019 election in Cross River State has withdrawn his petition against the ruling of the Election  Petitions Tribunal which dismissed his petition as a pre-election matter which is outside the jurisdiction of the tribunal.
Senator Enoh told party’s meeting in Abuja on Tuesday night that he decided to withdraw the petition in order not to distract the effectively governing the state.
His media aid, Mr Kelvin Orji confirmed the report stating that his principal’s action is good for the state and demo racy. Nigeria News
