New allegations have surfaced against Sean “Diddy” Combs, with one guy accusing the imprisoned musician of drugging and raping him in a New York nightclub in 2012.

According to a court document, the 17-year-old guy paid a bouncer to enter the club and was invited to Diddy’s private table, where he was served multiple shots of vodka.

The complainant alleges that after drinking the drinks, he “began to become hazy and disoriented” and felt himself “losing consciousness and control of his body.”

Diddy has continually disputed the charges made against him in a number of legal actions, calling them “sickening.”

The plaintiff, identified in court records as John Doe, claims he was escorted to a back room at the SoHo club where individuals were using narcotics and engaging with escorts.

He stated that he recognised the beverages he was given were drugged and were “impacting his faculties.”

According to his statement, the plaintiff went in and out of consciousness, and while he was aware of what was going on, he was unable to stop it.

The statement claims that Diddy raped the “defenceless” plaintiff in the nightclub’s backroom.

In a statement to the BBC in response to separate federal criminal allegations, Combs’ lawyer said, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.
The fresh allegations come as another rapper, Kanye West, has lobbied President Donald Trump to pardon Combs ahead of his upcoming trial.

The 24-time Grammy winner expressed his support for X by tweeting a direct petition to Trump: “Free Puff,” West tweeted, followed by another post naming the president: “@realDonaldTrump Please release my brother Puff .”

In early February, a lawyer representing the accusers announced plans to bring more than ten additional civil complaints against Combs.

Combs is currently facing over 30 civil lawsuits for sexual assault and misconduct.

He has been detained in a New York jail while awaiting a federal criminal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering.
