Dr. Alex Otti has been sworn in as Abia state’s new governor.
Dr. Alex took the oath of office at the Umuahia Township Stadium at the inauguration.
He was sworn in by Abia Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Lilian Abai, in the presence of his deputy, Ikechi Valentine Emetu.
Yusuf Baba Ahmed, the vice presidential candidate, represented Peter Obi.
