President Bola Tinubu extends his heartfelt condolences to Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State on the shocking demise of his wife, Pastor Patience Umo Eno.
The president, in a statement signed by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, on Friday, commiserated with the Eno family, the government, and the people of Akwa Ibom State during this grim time.
Chronicle NG reports on Friday that Mrs. Eno died at the hospital after a brief illness.
Speaking on her demise, Tinubu described her death as a “profound loss” to the state and her family.
The statement partly reads, “The President affirms that Patience Eno, as the wife of a visionary governor and an ordained gospel minister, embodied humility, resilience, and loyalty.
