The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced one new case of coronavirus in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital on Sunday.
The disease control centre said one new case of COVID-19 was confirmed in the FCT on Sunday.
“As at 11:00 am on the 22nd of March, there are 27 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria,” NCDC said.
“Of the 27 confirmed cases, two have been discharged with no death.”
Currently there are 19 coronavirus cases in Lagos, four in Abuja, two in Ogun, one in Ekiti and one in Oyo bringing the total to 27.
