Former President of the United States Donald Trump described Vice President Kamala Harris as a “radical lunatic” who should not be allowed in the corridors of power.
Trump made the remarks during his political rally in Charlotte, North Carolina.
According to Trump, Harris has been the “driving force” behind every “catastrophe” of President Joe Biden’s administration.
He alleged that she would destroy the US if voted into power as president.
“For three and a half years, lying Kamala Harris has been the ultra-libral driving force behind every single Biden catastrophe,” Trump said.
“She is a radical left lunatic who will destroy our country if she ever gets the chance to get into office. We are not going to let that happen,” he adds.
Harris was endorsed by Biden to replace him in the 2024 presidential election race following his withdrawal from contesting.
Following Biden’s withdrawal and endorsement, the Vice President of the United States of America accepted her nomination as the Democratic Party presidential candidate.
She described her endorsement as an honour.
The VP said her intention was to earn and win this nomination.
“I will do everything in my power to unite the Democratic Party,” she said.
