Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is celebrating her 46th birthday, reflecting on her personal journey and praying for continued guidance, wisdom, and protection for her family, friends, and constituents.
In a statement on Facebook on Tuesday, the senator thanked God for the grace and strength that have defined her life so far.
Natasha wrote, “Dear God, as I turn 46 today, I thank You for grace, strength, and growth. Bless my journey ahead with wisdom, courage, and compassion.
“Keep my family, friends, constituents, and all well-wishers safe, and may You keep my path aligned with purpose. Amen.”
Akpoti-Uduaghan also emphasized in a post on Monday her continuous commitment to supporting her alma mater, Federal Government College Idoani in Ondo State.
She went back to the school, where she allegedly held the position of Head Girl in 1997, to aid in the execution of legacy projects focused on improving educational facilities.
“I’m honored to facilitate the following projects, which shall be completed next year by the grace of God: a 2,000-seat capacity auditorium, a 500-seat capacity multipurpose hall, 10 staff quarters, 300 solar streetlights, and a 50,000-liter solar-powered water system,” she said, underscoring her commitment to improving facilities for current and future students.
She emphasized that her contributions were motivated by gratitude rather than politics, reflecting on the formative role the school played in shaping her character.
“FGC Idoani nurtured my character, discipline, and leadership; thus, giving back to my alma mater isn’t politics, it’s gratitude,” Akpoti-Uduaghan explained.
The Kogi senator concluded her message with a celebratory note on her birthday, sharing her excitement and connection to her community.
