
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, acting chairman, Ibrahim Magu says he does not have a Twitter account.
The EFCC made the clarity after a fake Twitter account was discovered in the name of Mr. Ibrahim Magu with the username @IbrahimMagu.
“The anti-graft agency wishes to state unequivocally that the said Twitter handle does not belong to him and whatever tweet emanating from it is not from the chairman, neither represents the views of the Commission,” Tony Orilade, acting Head, Media & Publicity said in a statement.

“In view of this, members of the public are hereby advised not to engage in whatever form with the said handle in any way as it is hereby disclaimed,” he explained.
He added that efforts are being made to trace, apprehend and prosecute the impersonator(s).
