Yoruba men have been described as “hostages” in the hands of Nigerian women, especially those from the south-eastern part of the country.
Revealing the love men from the Southwest receive from Igbo women, an X user simply identified as Nopkins noted that Igbo women specifically target men from this ethnic extraction for amorous relationships.
In a statement on Wednesday, Nopkins alleged that “once they hear you are Yoruba,” they will treat you like an “angel.”
“Truth be told, Igbo women purposely target Yoruba men; it’s not the men’s fault.”
“Once they hear you are Yoruba, they will give you free sex, free food, wash your clothes, do everything for you.
“Yoruba men are hostages; they need help.”
Recounting the experience of his friend who did his mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC) in the South East, Nopkins stated, “My guy that served in the East told me you should see the way they were being rushed by the Igbo ladies.
“He said they were treated like angels. Igbo girls were fighting for them, tearing their shirts.
“What’s special about Yoruba men that Igbo women won’t stop rushing them?”
