On Tuesday, a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has granted bail to a judge of the Federal High Court, with a bond of N50 million.
Adeniyi Ademola was granted bail by Justice Jude Okeke and his wife, Olubowale, also got the same relief.
They were also requested to submit their international passports to the court registrar pending the determination of the case.
Mr. Ademola, alongside his wife, is facing a 15-count charge of alleged fraud and abuse of office.
