Bluesky founder and former Twitter (presently X) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jack Dorsey’s daily routine that spurred him into productivity has made its way to the Internet.

A look at the daily routine revealed how committed Jack Dorsey is to his personal goals: work, personal development, and healthcare.

Dorsey starts his day with meditation; after that, he dives in, engages in a 7-minute workout that he repeats 2-3 times, and grabs a cup of coffee.

He sets out for a 5-mile walk to the office, and his work schedule depends on the theme of the day. Dorsey’s break is often a quiet time for reflection, and he takes his only meal of the day at dinner.

Other activities include personal time, reading, sauna, ice bath, and bedtime.

A cold plunge, also known as cold water immersion, is the act of partially or fully submerging your body in cold water for a short period of time.

“A sauna is a room in which people aim to relax in dry heat. It may provide benefits for cardiovascular health that resemble those derived from exercise,” according to MedicalNewsToday.

Daniel, an X user, shared the Bluesky founder’s checklist on his page, which captivated readers. “I just saw how Jack Dorsey, the Twitter founder, spends his 24 hours, and I think I still have a long way to go to be like him.”

In a recent development, Jack Dorsey took the stage at the Africa Bitcoin Conference 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya, with a message that could redefine Africa’s financial future.

Chronicle NG reports that the event held December 10-11, brought together Bitcoin enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across the continent, spotlighting Africa’s rising role in the global crypto ecosystem.

In his talk, Dorsey painted a bold vision for how Bitcoin can tackle some of Africa’s toughest challenges, like financial exclusion, inflation, and limited access to global markets.

He emphasized the power of Bitcoin’s decentralized system, which skips over traditional banks to offer financial tools directly to millions of unbanked people.

“Bitcoin is the best money for the internet, and the internet is where Africa’s future lies,” Dorsey declared.

“The leapfrog potential in Africa is unprecedented. With Bitcoin, Africa can move from being a recipient of aid to becoming a leader in financial innovation.
