The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal overturned Nasarawa State Gov. Abdullahi Sule‘s election, declaring PDP candidate David Ombugadu the winner.
The chairman of the panel, Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, delivered the judgement virtually, declaring Emmanuel Ombugadu of the PDP as the legitimately elected governor of Nasarawa State.
