The FCID Feedback Channel has been launched by the Force Criminal Investigation Department Annex, Alagbon, Lagos, to strengthen accountability and professionalism among officers.
The initiative, introduced under the leadership of Assistant Inspector General of Police, Olatunji Disu, is designed to give members of the public a direct platform to submit complaints and commendations regarding the conduct of officers.
According to the department, the new channel will enable residents to report misconduct, share concerns, and recognise exemplary service. The move is part of ongoing efforts to promote transparency and restore public confidence in policing.
The FCID Annex in Alagbon, Lagos, urged citizens to make use of the official communication lines provided, assuring that all feedback will be reviewed and addressed promptly.
