The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Makurdi Zonal Command, has arrested five suspected internet fraudsters in Makurdi, Benue State.
This was announced by the EFCC on its verified X handle on Thurday.
They were apprehended on Thursday, November 23, 2023, based on credible intelligence about their alleged involvement in internet-related crimes.
Stanley Tochukwu, Desmond Tochukwu, Dennis Emeka, George Ebuka, and Arinze Odo are the suspects.
Phones, power banks, ATM cards, and cash were recovered from the accused.
