ImpactHouse Model Schools, a private secondary school in Ogun State, had 45 students receive A1 grades in their 2024 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination results, which were issued by the West African Examinations Council, WAEC.
The results of the kids from the private school drew exhilarating responses following a post demonstrating their performance on social media, with 45 students receiving A1’s in mathematics and a minimum of five distinctions.
On behalf of the school’s administration, the private school’s director, Sam Abdulazeez, declared in a Facebook post that no kid was left behind as the school pushed the bar higher than last year’s performance.
He complimented the students, parents, and team members for their academic achievements.
Sam gave a breakdown of the WAEC results, saying that three students earned distinctions in all nine subjects, 14 had distinctions in eight subjects, 27 had distinctions in seven subjects, and one had distinctions in five.
He noted that two commercial students led the way with eight A1s. According to the school’s result sheet, 45 students received A1 grades in mathematics.
Sam’s statement read in part, “Again, no child is left behind. Only four subjects fell below all-round distinctions as it was last year. 3 students had distinctions in all nine subjects, 14 students had distinctions in eight subjects, 27 students had distinctions in seven subjects, and 1 student had distinctions in 5 subjects.
“Two commercial students topped the list with A1 in eight subjects. Subjects with all-around A1 include math, further math, government, financial accounting, and agricultural . science and geography.
He added that “the only subjects where students recorded C include English Language, English Literature, Creative Arts, and Data Processing.”
He said, “We highly appreciate our students, parents, and team members for their extraordinary support that made this possible.
“Please join me in congratulating these students and their teachers for this brilliant performance.”
