Nigerians have decried the constant bullying of Namtira, a student at the famous Lead British International School, by her colleagues.

In a couple of videos making the rounds on social media, Namtira could be seen getting slapped and beaten by several of her colleagues, spearheaded by one Maryam, for undisclosed reasons.

It is alleged that Namtira gets beaten on a daily basis by her colleagues while others watch and make fun of her.

She faced bullying from her classmates but remained calm and did not retaliate throughout the ordeal.

While getting slapped in one of the videos, her bully could be heard asking her, “What is the boy’s name?”

Reacting to the videos, Udemgba Nelson commented, “The school should be shut down with immediate effects.”

Ohik Sam, in his reaction, notes that “the management of the school is completely aware of such an inhumane act. That’s why the students keep doing this nonsense. Shut down the school.”

Kate Akintonye described the act as “embarassing” when she said, “This is embarrassing. Their parents will bully Nigerians on the street, and the children will also bully their classmates in school. Only God knows what is going on there. Name all the vices.”

At the time of filing this report, the school authorities had yet to comment on the incident.
