Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja has adjourned Nnamdi Kanu‘s trial as the Department of State services failed to present him in court.
For some unknown reason, the federal security agency could not present the IPOB leader during the trial.
During the court session, Omoyele Sowore was arrested in the court premises for flouting his bail conditions.
Justice Nyako waited patiently for the accused. When he could not be presented, the Judge cautioned the prosecution to comply with court dates stating it was imperative that kanu be present at his trial.
